Mission

Food should be fun and enjoyable, however for many of us it can feel like a constant internal battle.

This is not your fault, our modern world of food is so complicated and made to be highly addictive.

As a qualified Level 3 Humanistic counsellor, I understand the link between food and our emotions. With our guided, non judgemental plans, you can finally break free from this cycle and change the way you feel about food for good!

Whats included?

- Initial consultation, where we go over your likes and dislikes, your lifestyle, cooking style, your habits, family members eating habits( so you don't have to cook multiple meals), your goals, your current health and your relationship with food.

- Weekly supportive zoom calls to see how you are getting along, if we need to make any changes.
